The Refrigerator Ice Dispenser Drum catches the ice and sends it to the crusher assembly. If the hole of the dispenser drum has rounded out, it may not be pushing the ice through the door and replacing this part may alleviate the issue. This kit includes the instructions, (1) flat washer, and the drum. Installing this part will require basic hand tools, minor disassembly of the refrigerator and novice repair experience. You must unplug the refrigerator or shut off the house circuit breaker for the appliance before installing this part. Also turn off the refrigerator’s water supply before you begin.
