When is customer service available?

Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes, we offer Ground, 2nd Business Day and Next Business Day shipping. Charges for shipping are calculated at checkout. Please review our shipping policy here.
What payment methods do you accept?
We have two payment methods available on our website – Credit Card & PayPal. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discover.
What is the order processing time?
We ship items the same business day if they are in stock, with a cutoff time of 4:00 PM local time. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the next day. For items on backorder, we will ship them as soon as they become available. Some products are shipped directly from the manufacturer, which may result in varying shipping times; these items will be clearly indicated on the product page.
How do I track my order?
As a guest user, click on Track Order on the top right side of the website. Enter your order number and email address used at the time of placing the order and click on “Get my order”. As a registered user, simply login to your account and navigate to My Orders.
Do you allow cancellation after order is placed?
If your order is still marked as “Order Received” and not “Processing,” you can cancel it online by visiting the order tracking page as a guest or, through “My Orders” if you're a registered user. If your order is already processing or if you encounter any issues cancelling online, please reach out to our customer service via email or phone.
How do I modify my order?
For any modifications to your order, kindly contact our customer service via phone: 1-866-678-3718 or by email: orders@partadvantage.com, as we do not permit changes online.
How can I update my account information (i.e. email, phone, account name, etc.)?
If you are a registered user, simply go to your account by clicking on the top right “Lock” icon and select My Account. You can update your name, email address, or change your password, add or remove shipping or billing addresses. You can also delete your saved credit cards from your account by navigating to “Stored Payment Methods” under My Account.
