• Needle-Nose Pliers
Step One – Unplug the Appliance
Before beginning this procedure, make sure the appliance is unplugged from the power source.
Step Two – Remove the Top Panel
Using a Phillips screwdriver, remove the two screws at the back of the top panel and set them aside for reassembly. Carefully, lift up the panel and set it aside.
Step Three – Locate the Switch-INF
The switch-INF will be located between the terminal block and the wiring harness.
Step Four – Disconnect Wires
Using needle-nose pliers, gently disconnect the wires attached to the switch-INF. Make sure to take note of the wire colors and locations.
Step Five – Remove the Switch-INF
Use the needle-nose pliers to squeeze the prongs on the side of the switch-INF and remove it from the appliance.
Step Six – Install the New Switch-INF
Carefully, install the new switch-INF and make sure the prongs are properly connected.
Step Seven – Reconnect Wires
Using the same color wires, reconnect the wires to the switch-INF.
Step Eight – Reassemble the Top Panel
Replace the top panel and use the Phillips screwdriver to secure the screws.
