The Refrigerator Thermistor senses the temperature inside the refrigerator and sends information to the electronic control. If your refrigerator isn't cooling as expected, replacing this part may alleviate the issue. To access this part, open the refrigerator door and locate the thermistor cover on the side wall of your appliance. Replacing this part will require basic hand tools, some disassembly of the appliance and novice repair experience.
