1. Unplug your fridge power cord before beginning any repair.
2. Locate the faulty capacitor inside your refrigerator/freezer near the compressor or motor.
3. Remove the defective capacitor by unscrewing the screws that secure it to the mounting bracket.
4. Disconnect the wires from the old capacitor, taking care to make note of which wires are connected to which terminals. This will help you when connecting the new capacitor.
5. Place the new WPW10350564 capacitor in the same location as the old one and secure it with the mounting screws.
6. Connect the colored wires from the original capacitor to the same terminals on the new capacitor.
7. Plug in your refrigerator/freezer and turn it on for normal operation.
