Replacing the GE WR55X24064 KIT CAPACITOR 12 uF x 370 VAC

1. Unplug your appliance from the wall outlet and turn off the appliance’s breaker switch. Doing this will ensure that your appliance receives no electricity during the course of the repair.

2. Locate the capacitor inside your appliance. It will be a cylindrical object with two terminals on it.

3. Disconnect the capacitor from the appliance by releasing the screws or connectors securing it to the appliance.

4. Take the old capacitor to a store that sells appliance parts, such as an appliance repair shop, and purchase a new capacitor with the same specifications (12 uF x 370 VAC).

5. Carefully install the new capacitor in the same location as the old capacitor. Be sure to replace any screws or connectors that you removed.

6. Plug the appliance back into the wall and turn the breaker switch back on.

7. Test the appliance and confirm that it is working correctly. If everything is functioning properly, the repair is complete.

Congratulations! You have successfully completed the repair and replaced the GE WR55X24064 KIT CAPACITOR 12 uF x 370 VAC.
