This bracket is an accessory that can be used across several brands; check to see if your model number is compatible. Helpful Tip: This item does not include the (4) screws required to secure the bracket to the floor. You can purchase the necessary mounting screws separately under item number WP7101P485-60 if needed. Installing this accessory will require basic hand tools and novice repair experience. Replacing the Whirlpool W11544575 ANCHOR-TIP
1. Unplug the appliance. Before you begin any work on an electrical appliance, make sure to unplug it from the wall outlet. This will ensure no electric shock and keep you safe during the repair.
2. Locate the old ANCHOR-TIP. The tip is located near the bottom of the appliance and attached to the back side of the appliance, just above the motor housing.
3. Remove the old ANCHOR-TIP. There will be two small screws holding it in place. Unscrew both screws and take out the old ANCHOR-TIP.
4. Install the new ANCHOR-TIP. Take your new ANCHOR-TIP and align it with the holes in the back of the appliance. Secure it with the two screws, making sure that it is firmly in place.
5. Plug the appliance back in. Once the ANCHOR-TIP is installed and secure, you can now plug the appliance back in and test it.
