1. First, disconnect the electrical power to the Speed Queen 806031 HARN.CNTRL FLW.FC control board by unplugging the washer from the wall outlet.
2. Locate the control board, which should be located on the top right side of the machine.
3.Remove the screws or clips that are holding the board in place and gently pull it out of the machine.
4. Once the board is out, locate the wires that are connected to the board and disconnect them. Make sure to note which wires were connected to which terminals, as this will make re-installing the new control board easier.
5. Place the new control board into the machine and re-connect the wires, making sure they are connected to the correct terminals.
6. Secure the board using the screws or clips that were removed earlier.
7. Finally, plug the washer back into the wall outlet, ensuring the power switch is set to the “on†position.
8. Test the washer to ensure the new board is working correctly.
