37937 Speed Queen Ring Friction

Replacing the Speed Queen 37937 RING,FRICTION

Tools Needed:

⁃ Flathead screwdriver
⁃ Pliers

Instructions:

1. Unplug your Speed Queen washer before beginning.

2. Use a flathead screwdriver to open the access panel on the washer.

3. Remove the screws that hold the drum in place and remove the drum from the unit.

4. Locate the FRICTION RING’s mounting screws and remove them with a flathead screwdriver.

5. Using pliers, carefully remove the FRICTION RING from the back of the machine.

6. Carefully insert the new FRICTION RING into the machine, making sure that it is properly seated.

7. Replace the mounting screws and tighten them securely.

8. Reinstall the drum and the access panel, then plug your machine back in.

9. Test your machine to make sure the FRICTION RING is functioning properly.

You have now successfully replaced the Speed Queen 37937 FRICTION RING.
