WB27T10662 GE Oven Capacitor

Step 1: Unplug the GE WB27T10662 Capacitor Motor from the wall.

Step 2: Disconnect the power wires from the wiring harness.

Step 3: Remove the screws that secure the motor to the appliance and remove the motor assembly from the appliance.

Step 4: Remove the mounting bracket and discard it.

Step 5: Carefully remove the old capacitor from the motor assembly and discard it.

Step 6: Obtain a replacement capacitor that is compatible with the GE WB27T10662 Capacitor Motor and secure it in place on the motor assembly. Be sure to connect the capacitors wires securely and replace any damaged or corroded wires.

Step 7: Secure the motor assembly back into place on the appliance and reconnect the wiring harness.

Step 8: Before plugging the motor back in, turn on the appliance and check to make sure that the capacitor is working properly. If the motor runs smoothly and quietly, then you have successfully replaced the capacitor.

Step 9: If the motor does not run properly, double-check all connections and make sure that the capacitor is properly connected to the motor.

Step 10: Plug the GE WB27T10662 Capacitor Motor back into the wall. Now your appliance should run smoothly and efficiently.
