This Microwave Glass Turntable Coupling is a replacement part for your current microwave coupling. To replace, remove the glass turntable from the microwave and pull out the old coupling. Install the new motor coupling by aligning it on the turntable motor shaft as you insert it into the base. Then replace the turntable. This accessory easily replaces a damaged coupling and is compatible with several microwave brands. Check to see if your model number is compatible. Replacing the W10337248 Whirlpool Microwave Motor Coupler Support
1. Unplug the power cord of the microwave from the wall outlet before beginning the replacement process.
2. Open the rear access panel of the microwave using a Phillips head screwdriver.
3. Locate the motor coupler support on the right side of the unit.
4. Remove the screws that hold the motor coupler support in place, using a Phillips head screwdriver.
5. Carefully remove the old motor coupler support from the unit and discard it.
6. Take the new motor coupler support and insert it into the cavity where the old one was located.
7. Securely tighten the screws to keep the new motor coupler support in place.
8. Test out the new motor coupler support by plugging the power cord back into the wall outlet and running the microwave for a few minutes.
9. If everything works properly, the replacement process is complete.
