WB16K10043 GE Oven Burner Bake Without Igniter

Replacing the WB16K10043 GE Bake Burner without Ignitor

1. Unplug your oven from the wall outlet and turn off the gas supply.

2. Remove the bake burner by carefully removing the screws that secure it to the bottom of the oven.

3. Remove the any other parts or accessories that are attached to the old burner such as a thermocouple, ignitor, pilots, or other pieces. Dispose of the old burner according to local regulations.

4. Clean the area where the new burner needs to be installed in order to ensure that the burner is securely mounted.

5. Install the new WB16K10043 GE Bake Burner without an ignitor. Screw the burner into place using the screws you used to remove the old burner.

6. Once the burner is secured, test the burner to ensure that it is properly working.

7. Restore the gas supply to the oven and plug the oven back into the wall outlet.

8. Test the oven to ensure that it is properly heating up and functioning safely and correctly.
