Find the access panel located at the lower front part of the washing machine and Pry it off using a screwdriver to gain access to the inner workings of the washer.
Step 4: Locate the WPW10427633 Belt Shield
Once you have the access panel removed, locate the belt shield that you will be replacing. This part usually sits directly above the motor and is easy to identify.
Step 5: Remove the Old Belt Shield
Once you have found the old belt shield, use a screwdriver to remove the screws that are securing it in place. Once all the screws have been removed, pull the shield away and discard it.
Step 6: Install the New Belt Shield
Now, take the new belt shield and insert it into the area where the old one was removed. Make sure that it is securely in place and use your screwdriver to tighten the screws.
Step 7: Reattach the Access Panel
