WPW10195622 Whirlpool Stop
The Dishwasher Upper Dishrack Stop Clip ensures your appliance’s dishrack assembly doesn’t slide in too far and hit the rear wall of the cabinet during use. If your dishwasher's current clips are broken or damaged and no longer properly stopping the upper rack, you can easily replace them with this item. The stop clip is light gray in color and measures approximately 1-1/4" W. Installing this accessory will require basic hand tools, some disassembly of the dishwasher and novice repair experience. Replacing the WPW10195622 Whirlpool Stop Switch
1. Unplug your appliance and shut off the water supply to the appliance.
2. Remove the top panel of the washing machine by unscrewing the two screws at the back of the machine using a screwdriver.
3. Locate the old stop switch and disconnect the two wires connected to it.
4. Take out the old switch and replace it with the new switch.
5. Reconnect the two wires to the new switch and secure them with wire nuts.
6. Mount the new switch in place and fasten it with the screws.
7. Replace the top panel of the washing machine.
8. Plug your appliance into the wall outlet and turn on the water supply.
9. Test the switch to make sure it works properly.
