WP37001042 Whirlpool Dryer Drum Support Roller

The Dryer Drum Support Roller supports the rear of the drum on the dryer during the drying cycle. If the dryer is making a loud rumbling or squeaking noise, replacing this part may alleviate the issue. Note that both rollers should be replaced at the same time and they are self-lubricating. Also check that all lint is cleared from inside your dryer and the vent. Replacing this part will require basic hand tools, some disassembly of the appliance and novice repair experience. You must unplug the appliance or shut off the house circuit breaker before installing this part.
