Replacing the Whirlpool W11380128 GRATE-BRNR
1. Unplug or turn off the power to your appliance before beginning the repair process.
2. Remove the front access panel covering the grate-brnr.
3. Unscrew the mounting screws that secure the unit and carefully lift it out.
4. Inspect the igniter for proper operation by connecting it to a power source like a 9-volt battery. If the igniter has no spark, it should be replaced.
5. Install the new grate-brnr using the same screw holes as the old one.
6. Reconnect the safety wire if there is one and make sure to secure it with a zip tie.
7. Plug in your appliance and test the new burner.
8. Replace the access panel and secure with the mounting screws.
