8193768 Whirlpool Dishwasher Spinner
This Dishwasher Upper Spray Arm Spinner sits at the top of the dishwasher and spins and spreads the water around in the upper dishrack to clean the dishes. This kit includes the bearing, the plastic rivet for mounting and the spray arm. To access the part, remove both the upper and lower racks of your dishwasher, and place a towel over the top of the pump to catch any falling screws you'll need to remove. Remove the screws that hold the plastic supply tubing to the back wall and the top of the dishwasher to access the rivet securing the spray arm. When installing the new spray arm, insert the bearing on the side that has the angle. Installing this part will require basic hand tools, minor disassembly of the dishwasher and novice repair experience.
