The following parts are replaced by this product

1. Start by turning off the power to the appliance at the circuit breaker.
2. Disconnect the wires from the WP8181859 knob by loosening the two terminal screws with a Phillips head screwdriver.
3. Remove the screws holding the knob to the control panel and set them aside.
4. Take your new WP8181859 knob and insert it into the control panel.
5. Place the two terminal screws in the holes on the side of the knob and tighten them firmly.
6. Connect the wires to the terminals and make sure they are secure.
7. Place the screws back into the holes on the side of the knob and tighten them securely.
8. Turn the power back on at the circuit breaker.
9. Test the knob to make sure it is functioning correctly.
Congratulations! You have successfully replaced the WP8181859 Whirlpool knob.
