DIY Instructions for Replacing the Whirlpool W10909089 SEAL
1. Unplug your appliance before beginning any repair.
2. With a Phillips-head screwdriver, unscrew the panel at the bottom of your appliance and remove it.
3. Locate the old seal. It should be visible and easy to access.
4. Use a flathead screwdriver to gently pry the old seal away.
5. Insert the new seal into place. Make sure that it is aligned correctly and that it fits snugly.
6. Secure the new seal with a few screws.
7. Reattach the panel at the bottom of your appliance.
8. Plug in your appliance and test it to ensure that the seal is properly installed.
