W10712394 Whirlpool Dishwasher Adjuster Kit Wheel and Arm
This Dishwasher Upper Rack Adjuster Kit allows you to move the upper rack of your dishwasher up or down to provide more space. If your dishwasher's upper rack is sagging to one side, replacing this part may alleviate the issue. This kit includes (2) adjuster arms, (2) adjuster actuators,(2) gray adjuster covers, (2) gray adjuster housings, (4) screws, and instruction sheet. Replacing this part will require basic hand tools, some disassembly of the dishwasher and novice repair experience. You must unplug the dishwasher or shut off the house circuit breaker for the appliance before installing this part. Also make sure you turn off the dishwasher's water supply below the sink. 1. Start by unplugging your washing machine from the power outlet to avoid any danger of electric shock.
2. Use a wrench to detach the drum, then use a screwdriver to remove the screws that hold the agitator assembly in place.
3. Carefully pull out the agitator assembly, removing the old W10712394 Whirlpool Complete Wheel and Arm Adjuster Kit components.
4. Take the new W10712394 Whirlpool Complete Wheel and Arm Adjuster Kit components and reattach them to the agitator assembly. Make sure they’re secure and tightened to the same specifications.
5. Place the new agitator assembly back onto the washing machine, and secure with the previously removed screws.
6. Put the drum back into the washing machine, and use the wrench to reattach it securely.
7. Plug the washing machine back into the power outlet.
8. Turn the washing machine on and check that the new W10712394 Whirlpool Complete Wheel and Arm Adjuster Kit components are working as expected.
