Write Your Own Review
1. Start by unplugging the appliance from the power outlet. Remove all the food items stored in the refrigerator and place them somewhere nearby.
2. Loosen the cap-end of the door shelf bar (Part #240535001) at the bottom front side of the refrigerator door by hand.
3. Unscrew the four screws which hold the shelf bar in place.
4. Carefully pull out the old shelf bar.
5. Insert the new 240535001 Frigidaire door shelf bar firmly into place.
6. Tighten the screws that attach the shelf bar to the refrigerator door.
7. Put back the lid onto the shelf bar and tighten it firmly with your hands.
8. Plug the refrigerator back into the power outlet and turn it back on.
9. Place all the food items back inside the refrigerator and turn your DIY project into a success!
