Replacing the Whirlpool W10740217 CNTRL-ELEC
DIY Instructions
1. Turn off power to the appliance. Unplug the appliance from the electrical outlet.
2. Remove the screws from the back panel that holds the control panel in place.
3. Lift the control panel out of the appliance and disconnect all of the wires that are attached to it.
4. Plug in the new control panel and attach all of the wires to the correct terminals on the new panel.
5. Secure the new control panel in place with the screws you removed in step two.
6. Reconnect the appliance to the electrical outlet and turn the power back on.
7. Test the appliance to confirm that the control panel is functioning properly.
