1. Unplug the Speed Queen 204400 Washer from the electrical outlet.
2. Shut off the water supply to the washer by turning the inlet valve handle counterclockwise.
3. Place a drain pan beneath the washer to collect any drained water.
4. Locate the hose that connects the inlet valve to the washer, and disconnect it.
5. Unscrew the inlet valve from the wall using a wrench.
6. Remove the old hose-valve to inlet from the washer.
7. Replace the old hose-valve with a new one.
8. Reconnect the hose to the new inlet valve.
9. Secure the new inlet valve to the wall.
10. Turn on the water supply to the washer.
11. Plug the Speed Queen 204400 Washer back in to the electrical outlet.
