Step 1: Unplug the Samsung refrigerator from the wall socket and turn off the water supply valve.
Step 2: Take off the refrigerator door by unscrewing the top hinge cover screws and the bottom hinge cover screws.
Step 3: Carefully remove the refrigerator door and lay it on a flat, protected surface.
Step 4: Locate the closing cam support DA61-02383E, which is located on the right side of the refrigerator door.
Step 5: Unscrew the screws that hold the closing cam support DA61-02383E in place.
Step 6: Once the screws have been taken out and removed, the old closing cam support DA61-02383E can be removed.
Step 7: Place the new closing cam support DA61-02383E in the exact space where the original was removed.
Step 8: Secure the new closing cam support DA61-02383E with the screws that were taken off in Step 5.
Step 9: Reinstall the refrigerator door by screwing in the top hinge cover screws and the bottom hinge cover screws.
Step 10: Plug the Samsung refrigerator back into the wall socket and turn on the water supply valve.
