Instructions to Replace the LG EAU61083522 Motor, AC Indoor Blower
Tools Required:
- Philips head screwdriver
- Flathead screwdriver
- Wire cutters
- Disposable gloves
- Screws and connectors
Step 1: Turn off the power to the air conditioning unit.
Step 2: Pull the front panel of the unit away from the body, and remove the four screws securing the old motor.
Step 3: Disconnect the wires from the old motor and remove it from the unit.
Step 4: Put the new motor in place and use the screws and connectors to connect the wires.
Step 5: Secure the new motor in place with the four screws removed in Step 2.
Step 6: Reattach the front panel and switch the air conditioner back on.
Step 7: Check that the blower is functioning properly.
Safety Note: Wear disposable gloves throughout the process for protection against potential electric shock.
