1. Unplug and turn off the washing machine.
2. Remove the access panel on the back of the washer with a Phillips head screwdriver.
3. Disconnect the existing drain hose by loosening the clamp (if any) on the rear of the washer and pulling the hose out.
4. Insert the new hose into the rear of the washer, ensuring it is firmly seated.
5. Put the clamp back in position (if any) and tighten it to secure the new hose.
6. Replace the access panel and plug the washer back in.
7. Turn the washer back on and check for leaks.
