Step 1: Unplug the oven from the wall outlet or turn off the circuit breaker.
Step 2: Open the oven door and locate the old rack.
Step 3: Carefully pull the old rack out of the oven and set it aside.
Step 4: Carefully insert the new WB48X20249/WB48X20949 GE Oven Rack into the oven.
Step 5: Tighten the screws on either side of the rack with a Phillips-head screwdriver to ensure it is secure.
Step 6: Plug the oven back in the wall outlet or turn the circuit breaker back on.
Step 7: Clean any grease, dust and debris from the new rack so it looks like new again.
Step 8: Test the new rack by preheating the oven and placing a baking dish on the rack.
Step 9: Monitor the dish as it cooks and adjust the temperature accordingly if needed.
