To access the part, tilt the washer back letting it rest on something to support it and tape the lid down. You'll need to remove the rotor and rotor stator at the bottom of the machine. The sensor is attached to the top of the stator. Replacing this part will require basic hand tools, some disassembly of the appliance and novice repair experience.
