1. Shut off the power supply to the washer and unplug it.
2. Locate the agitator shaft, located in the center of the tub, at the base of the agitator.
3. Remove the two screws that hold the agitator shift actuator coupling in place.
4. Unscrew the agitator shift actuator coupling from the agitator shaft.
5. Replace the old agitator shift actuator coupling with the new one.
6. Secure the new agitator shift actuator coupling with the two screws.
7. Plug back in the power supply and turn on the washer.
8. Verify that the agitator shift actuator coupling is working properly by running a cycle.
