Step 1: Before starting this project, turn off the water supply and unplug the dryer.

Step 2: Take off the air chamber cover that is on the front of the dryer. This will give you access to the valve.

Step 3: Remove the two screws (or clamps) that are holding the valve in place.

Step 4: Pull out the valve and disconnect the water line from the valve.

Step 5: Install the new valve gasket assembly. Make sure it is secured firmly in place.

Step 6: Reconnect the water line to the valve and ensure no leaks.

Step 7: Reinstall the air chamber cover and screw back in the valve.

Step 8: Turn on the water supply and plug the dryer back in.
