Replacing the GE THERMISTOR WH04X29448
DIY Instructions
1. Start by unplugging the appliance before you begin to work on it. The screwdriver that is supplied with the appliance can be used to remove the front panel of the appliance.
2. Once the panel is removed locate the defective GE WH04X29448 thermistor.
3. Disconnect the wires from the thermistor.
4. Remove the defective thermistor from its mount and unscrew it completely.
5. Take the new GE WH04X29448 thermistor and mount it in the exact same spot as the old one.
6. Connect the wires to the new thermistor.
7. Replace the front panel and secure it with the screws.
8. Finally, plug the appliance back in and test it to make sure everything is working properly.
