Replacing the WD19X25278 GE Dishwasher Diverter Assembly Kit DIY Instructions
1. Unplug the dishwasher from the power source and turn off the water supply.
2. Open the dishwasher door and remove the racks to expose the bottom of the dishwasher.
3. Locate the diverter assembly kit at the bottom of the dishwasher and use a screwdriver to remove the two screws that hold the assembly in place.
4. Carefully lift out the old diverter assembly and detach the electrical Wiring attached to it.
5. Take the new diverter assembly in your hands and attach the electrical Wiring to its terminals.
6. Fit the new assembly and use a screwdriver to secure it with the two mounting screws.
7. Close the dishwasher door and reconnect the appliance to the power source and the water supply.
8. Run a test cycle to ensure the new assembly works properly.
