1. Start by unplugging your refrigerator and sliding it away from the wall to access the back panel.
2. Unscrew the screws along the back panel of the refrigerator and then remove the panel.
3. Once the panel is removed, you can see the door latch.
4. Disconnect the wiring connected to the door latch and remove the screws that secure the door latch in place.
5. Remove the old door latch and replace it with the new GE WB10X35346 door latch.
6. Secure the new door latch into place using the screws that were previously used for the old latch.
7. Reattach the wiring to the new door latch.
8. Replace the back panel and secure it with the screws.
9. Push the refrigerator back into its original place and plug it back in.
