This Dryer Moisture Sensor Bar monitors the moisture levels of the clothing during the drying cycle and communicates a signal to the control board indicating when the clothes ...are dry and the cycle can finish. If your appliance shuts off too early or continues running after the clothes are already dry, one or more of the dryer’s moisture sensors may be defective and need replacement. Note that your appliance requires two sensor bars to operate properly; the parts are sold separately. Replacing this part will require basic hand tools, some disassembly of the dryer and novice repair experience. You must unplug the dryer or shut off the house circuit breaker for the appliance before installing this part. This ceramic Gas Oven Flat Style Igniter Kit replaces any flat oven igniter where the ceramic is at least 5" long. If the element itself shorted out or if the igniter of your ...oven glows for more than 90 seconds without lighting the gas flame, replacing this part may alleviate these issues. The igniter must glow white hot to correctly light the oven; if it glows red or orange it is not functioning as it should. Note that you'll need to reuse the metal shield from old igniter and that this part does not replace round igniters or igniters with blue ceramic.
