The following parts are replaced by this product
- 74010857
1. Start by turning off the power to the appliance. Remove the back panel of the appliance to reveal the switch.
2. Disconnect the two wires connected to the existing switch. Carefully remove the old switch from the appliance.
3. Install the new switch in the same location as the old one. Connect the two wires connected to the switch. Secure the switch with screws as needed.
4. Turn the power back on to the appliance. Test the new switch to make sure it works properly. Replace the back panel of the appliance.
5. Now that you have replaced the Whirlpool WP74010857 Switch- SPST, your appliance should be up and running again!
