DIY Instructions for Replacing a Whirlpool WP74009994 Overlay-Handle
1. Unplug the appliance and turn of the water supply before starting.
2. Locate the screws that hold the old overlay-handle in place.
3. Use a Phillips head screwdriver to remove the screws and remove the old overlay-handle.
4. Place the new Whirlpool WP74009994 Overlay-Handle in the slot.
5. Secure the new handle in place by replacing the screws into the same slots.
6. Turn the water supply back on and test the new handle for proper operation.
7. Clean, dust and polish the new overlay-handle as necessary.
8. Plug in the appliance and enjoy the new Whirlpool WP74009994 Overlay-Handle.
