Replacing the Whirlpool W11397871 SHELF-WIRE
1. Unplug your refrigerator from the power source before beginning any work.

3. Open the refrigerator door and locate the shelf-wire that needs replacing.
4. Remove the shelf-wire and place it on a flat surface for later disposal.
5. Obtain a new shelf-wire of the same kind, model, and size as the old one.
6. Gently slide the new shelf-wire into place and make sure it is secured firmly.
7. Close the refrigerator door and plug the refrigerator back into the power source.
8. Load the refrigerator and freezer with food items and return the items to the designated area.
