Follow these steps to replace the DG96-00110F Samsung Oven Convection Motor Assembly.
Step 1: Prepare your tools and workspace. Gather a Phillips screwdriver, flathead screwdriver, and pair of needle-nose pliers. Find a well-lit, safe and spacious workspace.
Step 2: Unplug the Samsung oven. Locate the power cord and unplug it from the wall outlet.
Step 3: Remove the outer housing. This can be done by using the Phillips screwdriver to remove the screws around the perimeter of the oven door. Once the screws are removed, lift the top off of the oven to access the inner components.
Step 4: Remove the old convection fan motor assembly. Locate the two mounting screws that are securing the fan motor to the oven. Use the flathead screwdriver to remove the screws and lift the motor out of the oven.
