DIY Instructions for Replacing a Samsung DG61-00820A Holder Assembly
1. Turn off your Samsung range and unplug it from the wall outlet.
2. Remove any parts or accessories that can be removed from the oven, such as the drawer, baking pans, racks, or knobs. Set these aside.
3. Remove the screws around the front of the oven. The screws will be located on the front door's top, sides, and bottom.
4. After removing the screws, you should be able to pull the door's faceplate away from the oven's body.
5. Locate the Samsung DG61-00820A holder assembly inside the oven.
6. Disconnect the power and ground cables from the holder assembly by unplugging them from the wall outlet.
7. Unscrew the screws securing the holder assembly to the frame of the oven.
8. Carefully lift the holder assembly out of the oven and set it aside.
9. Take your new Samsung DG61-00820A holder assembly and connect the power and ground cables to their respective ports.
10. Secure the new holder assembly using the screws you removed in step 7.
11. Reattach the faceplate by screwing it back onto the frame of the oven.
12. Reinstall the parts and accessories that you removed earlier and plug the range back into the wall outlet.
