DE81-09189A Samsung Accessories 14" Griddle

1. Disconnect power to the Samsung DE81-09189A SVC-ACCY GRIDDLE 14IN. Unplug the power cord from the wall. If it is hardwired, turn off the circuit breaker that controls it.

2. Remove the existing griddle plate. Depending on your model, turn the griddle over and remove any screws that secure the plate. Lift out and set aside.

3. Place the new griddle plate onto the heating elements. Make sure the OEM part number matches what you are replacing and all screws are facing down. Make sure the apron is flush with the edge of the unit.

4. Secure the plate in place. Replace the screws removed in step two. Tighten securely with a screwdriver.

5. Plug in the power cord or turn on the circuit breaker. Allow the griddle to heat up for at least 30 minutes before use.

6. Test the griddle. Adjust the temperature knob until the desired cooking temperature is reached. Test cook a small item to ensure the temperature is correct. Enjoy!
