DE81-09164A Samsung 27 Door Gasket Assembly

Step 1: Unplug your refrigerator and make sure it is unplugged before beginning your repair.

Step 2: Open the door and remove any existing hardware that is attached to the door gasket. Make sure you have all the necessary attachments before moving forward.

Step 3: Clean the frame of the door where the old gasket was attached. This will help the new gasket adhere properly.

Step 4: Apply adhesive to the flange of the new gasket and press it onto the door frame following the instructions in the package.

Step 5: Tighten up the screws around the edge of the gasket to ensure it is secure.

Step 6: Let the gasket sit for at least 24 hours before you close the refrigerator door to make sure it has fully sealed.

Step 7: Close the door and check for any gaps between the door and the seal. If there are any gaps, simply repeat steps 4-6 until the gap is sealed.
