DE81-05084A Samsung Burner Ring Set SGM304

Step 1: Turn off the power for the Samsung Range. Disconnect the power cord from the outlet.

Step 2: Unscrew the screws that hold the top panel in place with a Phillips screwdriver. Carefully remove the panel, and set the screws aside.

Step 3: Using a flat head screwdriver, lift up the two metal tabs to unlock the burner head assembly. Pull out the burner head assembly, and set it aside.

Step 4: Remove the burner grates and burner caps with a pair of pliers and set them aside.

Step 5: Unscrew the six screws that secure the Samsung DE81-05084A SVC-BURNER RING SET with a Philips head screwdriver. Pull out the old ring set from the mounting holes, and set aside.

Step 6: Place the new Samsung DE81-05084A SVC-BURNER RING SET into the mounting holes, and align the holes with the screws. Secure the ring set to the range with the six screws.

Step 7: Replace the burner grates and burner caps by inserting them onto the burners and securing them with the pliers.

Step 8: Insert the burner head assembly back into the slots and lock it in place by pushing down on the two metal tabs.

Step 9: Place the top panel back into its original position. Reattach the screws and tighten with the screwdriver.

Step 10: Plug the power cord back into the outlet and turn on the power for the Samsung Range.
