1. Turn off the gas supply to the dual burner valve by closing the manual shut off valve or disconnecting the appliance from the gas supply line.
2. Carefully remove the dual burner valve with a wrench. Take care to avoid scratching the burner's surface.
3. Clean any soot or debris from the burners and the area surrounding the dual burner valve.
4. Carefully inspect the new replacement Samsung DE81-03482A SVC-DDUAL BRNR VALVE NG and make sure all parts are in place and not damaged.
5. Insert the new dual burner valve into the hole in the burner plate and secure it tightly with a wrench.
6. Once the valve is fully secured, reconnect the gas line and open the manual shut off valve to turn on the gas supply.
7. Before using the dual burner valve, you should also check the air circulation around it to ensure it is not blocked.
8. Turn on each of the burners and check that they ignite properly.
9. After ensuring that the burners are functioning properly, use the appliance as normal.
