Replacing the DC97-12534D Samsung Washer Water Drain Hose
1. Start by unplugging the washer from the wall outlet and turning off the water supply going to the machine.
2. Remove the two screws on either side of the washer lid and lift the lid up.
3. Disconnect the water drain hose from the water inlet valve of the washer and move it aside.
4. Place a shallow bowl or bucket beneath the water inlet valve, as some water may spill when the hose is removed.
5. Loosen the retaining nut located on the water inlet valve with an adjustable wrench.
6. Unscrew the drain hose from the water inlet valve and discard the old hose.
7. Feed the new DC97-12534D Samsung Washer Water Drain Hose through the back panel of the washer and towards the water inlet valve.
8. Secure the new drain hose with the retaining nut, making sure it is securely fastened.
9. Reconnect the water supply line to the washer and make sure there are no leaks.
10. Replace the two screws in the lid and close the lid.
11. Turn on the water supply and plug the washer back into the wall outlet to test the new drain hose.
