Replacing the Evaporator Fan Cover Assembly on a Samsung Refrigerator (DA97-12608B)
Tools Needed:
-Phillips head screwdriver
-Putty knife
Instructions:
1. Unplug your refrigerator from power source before starting.
2. Locate the evaporator fan cover assembly on the back inside wall of the refrigerator.
3. Use a Phillips head screwdriver to loosen the screws that secure the evaporator fan cover assembly.
4. Carefully remove the existing evaporator fan cover assembly.
5. Place the new evaporator fan cover assembly in place, making sure it is properly lined up.
6. Secure the new evaporator fan cover assembly using the same screws previously removed.
7. Use a putty knife to fill in any gaps in the wall around the new evaporator fan cover assembly.
8. Plug in your refrigerator and make sure the fan is running properly before closing the door.
