Step 1: Unplug the refrigerator and turn off the water supply.
Step 2: Remove any items stored below the refrigerator, including drawers and shelves.
Step 3: Pull the refrigerator away from the wall to access the back panel.
Step 4: Locate the screws that are holding the back panel in place and remove them.
Step 5: Carefully lift out the back panel to reveal the ICE MAKER.
Step 6: Disconnect the water line going to the ICEMAKER and then unscrew the two mounting screws that are securing the ICEMAKER assembly to the refrigerator wall.
Step 7: Gently pull out the ice maker and slide it out of the housing.
Step 8: Take the new DA97-11092B Samsung Refrigerator Ice Maker Assembly and attach it to the refrigerator wall with the mounting screws.
Step 9: Reconnect the water line and make sure it is secured to the refrigerator wall.
Step 10: Position the back panel and return the screws to secure it in place.
Step 11: Plug in the refrigerator and turn on the water supply.
Step 12: Test the new Ice Maker for proper operation.
