DIY Instructions for Replacing the DA32-00006S Samsung Refrigerator Freezer Evaporator Defrost Temperature Sensor
1. Before starting, turn off the refrigerator and unplug the power cord.
2. Remove all of the food items from the freezer and fridge.
3. Remove the freezer drawers and shelves.
4. Unscrew the evaporator cover located at the back of the freezer.
5. Locate the old DA32-00006S Samsung Refrigerator Freezer Evaporator Defrost Temperature Sensor. It looks like a thin metal tube with wires connected to it.
6. Use needle-nose pliers to carefully remove the two wires that are connected to the sensor.
