Replacing the EBR60545901 LG Washer PCB Main Control Board and Display Assembly
1. Disconnect the power cord from the back of your LG washer.
2. Open the top panel of your washer. This can be done by unscrewing the screws that are located on the back of the washer. Then remove the top panel to expose the inner workings of the machine.
3. Locate the main control board and display assembly. It is located in the upper left corner of the machine.
4. Remove the screws holding the board in place. Carefully pull the board out, taking note of the wiring attached to it.
5. Disconnect the wiring from the old board. Carefully plug in the wiring to the new board. Make sure the connections are tight and secure.
6. Place the new PCB main control board and display assembly into the machine, making sure that all the connections are in the correct place.
7. Secure the new board with the screws provided.
8. Replace the top panel of the machine and secure it with the screws.
9. Reconnect the power cord to the back of the washer.
10. Run a full cycle on the washer to ensure that everything is working properly.
