Step-by-Step Guide to Replacing the EAU63923603 LG DC Motor Assembly
1. Unplug the power cord from the wall socket.
2. Disconnect the wires that connect the motor assembly to the circuit board. This should be done carefully as wires are easily damaged.
3. Carefully remove the four screws that hold the motor assembly in place.
4. Lift the motor assembly off the appliance, taking care to not let the exposed wires touch each other.
5. Insert the new motor assembly into place and secure it using the four screws previously removed.
6. Reconnect the wires to the circuit board, making sure to connect the correct wire to the correct port.
7. Plug the power cord back into the wall socket.
8. Turn on the appliance and check that the motor assembly is working properly.
