Step 3: Once the rear panel is removed, locate the tub gasket seal which is a black rubber material that allows for the water to fill the washer tub.
Step 4: Use a flat-head screwdriver to pry out the old tub gasket seal.
Step 5: Install the new tub gasket seal by sliding it into place. It should fit snugly around the tub opening.
Step 6: Reinstall the washer’s rear panel, making sure to align it properly and tightening the screws securely.
Step 7: Restore power to the washer and turn on the water valves. Test the washer for proper operation.
